FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE
The staff will tag an item sold AFTER the purchase is complete. They are equipped for mobile checkout - item by item if need be - to secure the item you have selected. Check out takes less than a minute.
Store pick ups must be completed in 48 hours or sale will be canceled. Deliveries must be scheduled on first available date to your zip code. NOTE: Delivery dates are expected to fill up quickly. We encourage shoppers to bring trailer or truck if possible.

Q: Are there additional Tent Sale items in the store?
A: Yes, there are items in the store at the tent sale discount. Look for stickers showing Tent Sale Discount.
Q: Can I carry items between the store & the tent while I browse?
A: No, items cannot be moved from their location prior to purchase. Please see a sales associate to complete your purchase in the location of the item. Check out is quick and easy.
Q: What if I can take some items with me today but need to either come back for the others or have them delivered?
A: No problem. We will provide two receipts; one for the items you are taking with you and another for your pickup/delivery items.
Q: Can I purchase a tent item online?
A: Absolutely. We will put a physical SOLD tag on your item as quickly as possible to try to prevent it from being sold in the tent. If it is already tagged, we will refund your online purchase.
Q: Do you offer delivery on tent sale items.
A: Yes, we do. We expect delivery appointments to fill up quickly, so we highly recommend you make plans to transport items you want soon.
Q: Are all tent items on the website?
A: No. There are hundreds of blowout priced items that are NOT on our website and can only be purchased in person.
