Pricing Policies

PRICE MATCH:

If you find an identical item priced lower at a different brick and mortar or online store, Retreat Home Furniture will match that price within 30 days after your purchase was made (price match includes shipping, handling and discounts).

We do not price match to companies or websites that require a membership fee.

In order to qualify you must email the competitor’s website address and your order number, name, and address to hello@retreathf.com

Price match exclusions & rules:

1. Additional discounts, promotions, and free shipping offers from Retreat Home Furniture can not be used on price matched orders.
2. We must be notified before your order is placed or within 30 days after placing your order.
3. Merchandise must be offered by a reputable U.S. retail company.
4. The items that are price matched must be identical.
5. Proof of the competitors shipping and handling fees must be provided.
6. We do not price match internet auctions, manufacturer/wholesale prices or affiliate websites.
7. We do not price match items that are advertised as closeout, clearance or overstocked.

PRICE GUARANTEE

We offer a price guarantee that allows customers to receive a refund for the difference in price if an item they purchased goes on sale within a certain timeframe. Here are the key points of the policy:

• Retreat Home Furniture will honor price adjustments for merchandise that goes on sale within 30 days of the original purchase.
• The item must be the same model and size as the one originally purchased.
• The item must still be available at the lower price in store or online at www.retreathomefurniture.com
• The price adjustment will be applied to the original form of payment.
• Retreat Home Furniture does not offer price adjustments for items purchased during a clearance event or closeout sale.
• To request a price adjustment, please  email:customerservice@retreathf.com with your order number and the details of the item purchased. We will verify the price adjustment and issue the refund if applicable.

PRICE ERRORS POLICY:

Retreat Home Furniture has the right to refuse or cancel orders involving incorrectly posted prices, or price typos, on www.retreathomefurniture.com. Retreat Home Furniture cannot honor orders with prices that are mistakenly listed on the Web site. We apologize in advance for possible errors on our part, and will make all efforts to ensure correct pricing.
