Cushions & Pillows
Every Hancock & Moore piece comes with a cushion chosen to suit its frame and covering. You can upgrade it when you order — this page shows what comes as standard, how each option sits, and what the upgrade costs.
Choose your piece online, then get in touch and we will add the upgrade to your order. We would rather talk it through anyway — it is the choice people most often wish they had asked about.

One exception: style 5150 comes with Ultra Down seats and backs as standard.

How each one sits
Qualux seat
High-density urethane foam wrapped in polyester fiber, the core encased in a sewn jacket. Supportive, holds its shape, and the jacket is what gives the cushion a tailored edge rather than a slump. Standard on leather and on motion fabric.
Fiber Plush back
Polyester fiber blown into individual channels so it keeps its shape instead of migrating to the bottom. Standard on every back.
Spring Down seat
A Marshall unit of individually pocketed coils, each hog-ringed to its neighbours, surrounded by a foam box, wrapped in comfort-bond fiber and filled with ultra down. The softest sit that still holds its shape. Standard on stationary fabric.
Ultra Down
An ultracell foam core wrapped in comfort-bond fiber, in a channelled cover generously filled with ultra down — 50% polyester fiber, 50% down and feathers.
Fiber Down back
A sewn, channelled, down-proof cover filled with a blend of polyester fiber, down and feathers. Softer and less structured than Qualux.
Qualux back
A thin piece of high-density foam encased in low-melt polyester fiber. More support than Fiber Plush without losing comfort.
White Goose Feather & Down
An ultracell foam core wrapped in a 95/5 feather-and-down envelope, enclosed in down-proof cotton ticking. Backs are a solid 95/5 fill.
Memory Down seat
A high-density foam core topped with memory foam, in a channelled cover filled with 50% polyester fiber and 50% down and feathers.
Throw pillows
Standard fill is white goose feather & down in a 95/5 mix. Fiber down is available at no extra cost — just say so on the order.

About these prices. Figures are retail, per piece, added to the price of the furniture. They follow the manufacturer's December 2025 list and are subject to change. We confirm the exact figure on your order before anything goes to the factory.
