Pricing Policies

PRICE MATCH:

If you find an identical item priced lower at another reputable U.S. retailer, in store or online, Retreat Home Furniture will match that price before you order or within 30 days after your purchase.

We compare the total delivered price: the item price, sales tax, and delivery or shipping charges, after any discounts. If the competitor's total for the same item delivered to the same address is lower, we'll match it.

We do not price match to companies or websites that require a membership fee.

How to request a price match: email info@retreathf.com with:

• Your name, delivery address, and order number (if you've already ordered)
• A link to the competitor's product page
• A screenshot of the competitor's cart or checkout after your delivery address is entered, showing the item, price, sales tax, and delivery charges

Price match exclusions & rules:

1. Additional discounts, promotions, and free shipping offers from Retreat Home Furniture cannot be used on price matched orders.
2. We must be notified before your order is placed or within 30 days after placing your order.
3. Merchandise must be offered by a reputable U.S. retail company.
4. The items that are price matched must be identical (same manufacturer, model, size, finish, and fabric).
5. We do not price match internet auctions, marketplace sellers, manufacturer/wholesale prices, or affiliate websites.
6. We do not price match items that are advertised as closeout, clearance, open box, or overstocked.

PRICE GUARANTEE

If something you bought from us goes on sale within 30 days of your purchase, we'll refund the difference.

• Retreat Home Furniture will honor price adjustments for merchandise that goes on sale within 30 days of the original purchase.
• The item must be the same model and size as the one originally purchased.
• The item must still be available at the lower price in store or online at www.retreathomefurniture.com.
• The price adjustment will be applied to the original form of payment.
• Retreat Home Furniture does not offer price adjustments for items purchased during a clearance event or closeout sale.
• To request a price adjustment, email info@retreathf.com with your order number and the item. We will verify the sale price and issue the refund if applicable.

PRICE ERRORS POLICY:

Retreat Home Furniture has the right to refuse or cancel orders involving incorrectly posted prices, delivery charges, or price typos on www.retreathomefurniture.com. Retreat Home Furniture cannot honor orders with prices or delivery charges that are mistakenly listed on the website. If this happens, we will contact you before your order ships, and you may choose a corrected order or a full refund. We apologize in advance for possible errors on our part, and will make all efforts to ensure correct pricing.
