30 Day - Furniture and Décor

At Retreat Home Furniture, we care about our customers and want them to make selections in confidence. That is why we created our Rest Assured Guarantee. You can make purchases and never worry that you have made a mistake. If you are not completely satisfied with the feel, fit or appearance of your furniture or décor within 30 days of delivery to your home, you may return it for full refund (less delivery fees).

All exchanged merchandise must be in original condition to qualify for the Rest Assured guarantee. We reserve the right to inspect all merchandise prior to issuing credit. Retreat Home Furniture reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.

Exclusions: These categories of items are exempt from the satisfaction guarantee.

  • Special order items.
  • Items marked “As-Is”, “Final Sale”, “Clearance”

Clearance

Clearance includes floor models, overstocks and customer reselection returns.

  • All items need to be picked up or delivered within 14 days of purchase.
  • All sales are final once possession is taken. No refunds or exchanges.
  • Manufacturer warranty applies.

As-Is

  • As-Is product is sold without manufacturer’s warranty.

Special Order Merchandise

“Special Order” is defined as an item that is custom ordered from the manufacturer, to your specifications. Canceling a special order purchase before taking possession will incur a 50% fee. All sales are final once possession is taken. No refunds or exchanges. No more than 50% of purchase amount can be financed.

Guarantee 120 Nights

120 Day – Mattresses

When you purchase your mattress and mattress protector from Retreat Home Furniture, you will receive 120 nights to confirm your satisfaction.

  • It is recommended you sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights to allow both your body and mattress to adjust.
  • At any time within 120 days after you take delivery, if you are unhappy with the comfort, size, or height of your mattress set you can return the product for a store credit or a one-time mattress reselection and delivery.
  • The returned mattress must be in original condition to qualify for the Rest Assured guarantee. We reserve the right to inspect all merchandise prior to issuing credit.

Exclusions

These categories of items are exempt from the satisfaction guarantee - no returns or exchanges on:

  • Special order sizes: Full XL & California King
  • Adjustable Power bases
  • "Top-of-Bed" – sheets, comforters, pillows, protectors

Handling Damage (At Time Of Delivery)

  • Any damage to your home or product must be reported to Retreat Home Furniture within 5 days.
  • We reserve the right to inspect the damage.
  • Service may be denied if damage was discovered to have occurred after delivery.
  • Retreat Home Furniture will either repair/replace the item or component, at our discretion.

Manufacturer Defects (Product Warranty Claims)

  • Product warranties vary by manufacturer. 
  • Retreat Home Furniture will help facilitate service based on the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty. 
  • Retreat reserves the right to inspect all warranty claims and will decide to repair or replace defective merchandise at our discretion – no refunds. 
  • Retreat Home Furniture will provide service within our delivery areas.
  • For the first 90 days, Retreat will provide service at no charge. After 90 days of the product being in your home, inspection fees, delivery fees, and technician labor costs may apply.
  • For items outside of the manufacturer’s warranty, Retreat will provide a technician referral in your area if we are not able to service. 
  • All “As-Is” merchandise sales are final. Manufacturer warranties do not apply.
  • Please refer to any manufacturer’s documentation pertaining to their warranty, care instructions and terms of use.
