The Belfour brings old-world formality into a refined, handcrafted seat. A hand-carved hardwood frame surrounds a deep, button-tufted back, while a burnished brass nailhead trim traces every curve. Set on gracefully scrolled cabriole legs with carved shell detailing, it is a chair built to anchor a study, library, or fireside seating group for decades.
Each Belfour is bench-made in North Carolina by Hancock and Moore, one of the last true American luxury upholstery houses. The kiln-dried hardwood frame, and hand-tufted back are assembled and finished by hand, so no two pieces are exactly alike.
