Care & Warranty
Care
Hancock & Moore leather is made to age rather than wear out. Dust it regularly, keep it clear of prolonged direct sun and heat sources, and condition it occasionally with a leather care product the manufacturer recommends.
Warranty
Hancock & Moore warrants the frame, the suspension and the craftsmanship. Read the full warranty (PDF). If service is ever needed, we handle the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.
