Trade Partner Program Details

Purchase Discount

Purchases will be tracked January - December 31 for purposes of tier determination. The tier achieved in the measured year will be applicable for the following year. The tier will be reset every year based.

• Year 1: 7% Discount
• Tier 1: 0- $149,999.99 = 7% Discount
• Tier 2: $150K - $300K = 10%
• Tier 3: $300K + = 12%

NOTE: Discount is off our best selling price except brands listed as “exclusions” on our deals page (MAP brands).  Trade discount is always off MAP price for MAP brands.

Retreat will provide Trade Partners the following:

• Access to all our active vendors 
• A trade partner online portal
• Access to Retreat Home Furniture’s inventory & assortment
• Private Presentation space in store with large screen to display/present to clients; online, easy to use “space scheduling” to reserve the space
  
• Our Nationwide White Glove Delivery Service at pass through cost

Order Management

• Trade Partners will submit orders online when customization is not required 
• Our Trade Program support staff (different from our retail sale team) will be available via phone/email during the process to answer questions.

Delivery and Storage

• Trade Partner may organize his/her own delivery to the client or utilize Retreat’s nationwide white glove delivery service or in-house delivery applicable zip codes.
• Local delivery will be charged at same price we charge Retreat Home Furniture customers.
